1. Where We Ship

• We currently ship across India only.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Orders are delivered through our logistics partners, and tracking is powered by Shiprocket.
• Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be available; if your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you with alternatives.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines (TAT)

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Estimated timelines are below.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or events beyond our control. As noted in our Terms & Conditions, expected delivery time mentioned on the website may vary from the actual time of delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
• Orders above [CONFIRM: ₹ threshold] qualify for free shipping. (Remove this line if no free-shipping threshold applies.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): available on eligible orders/pin codes; a COD handling fee of [CONFIRM: ₹ amount / NA] may apply and will be shown at checkout.

4. Delays, Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orders with invalid or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may re-attempt delivery or return the shipment to us.
• For prepaid orders returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• NRoute is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Damaged Or Tampered Shipments

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery where possible, or record an unboxing video and contact us within [CONFIRM: 48 hours] at info@satvabiotech.in. Verified cases are handled under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
